Emergency roof repairs.

Our emergency repair service is priced at £1250+VAT

The price includes an operator attending your property to perform a temporary repair in order to stop water that is leaking into the property.

From the set call out charge of £1250+VAT, £750+VAT is redeemable against any permanent repairs instructed to www.fixtheroof.co.uk LTD (or Barris Roofing LTD - our parent company).

Here is how it works:

1. You message us via WhatsApp, with your full property address, the leak location, and as many photos or videos that you have of both the inside and outside of the property.

2. If we have an operator available, we will confirm that we are on our way. You will be sent a payment link via Square, enabling you to pay by credit card, debit card or split the cost over 4 interest free payments via ClearPay. The full amount of £1250+VAT is due at this point, and the operator cannot start his journey until cleared funds are received.

3. Once the payment is all complete, our engineer will collect a MEWP (cherry picker), one of our emergency temp repair kits & a 30 Litre Universal Spill Kit (optional extra).

4. Our operator will then attend your property, perform the temporary repair, stopping your water ingress. The following day, you will receive a formal quote for a permanent solution to the issue. From the £1250 plus VAT that you paid for the emergency repair, £750 plus VAT can be discounted from the quote, meaning that if you go ahead with the permanent repair quote, the emergency repair would’ve costed just £500 plus VAT.
