Professional Drone Roof Surveys
We offer best-in-class roof surveys, using survey-grade drones, photogrammetry (stitching photographs together to from maps and 3D models), 30 years of experience in leak detection, and professional issue analytical software tools.
Our most popular survey is our homebuyer roof survey service.. This survey arms homebuyers with a full detailed report of the condition of the roof, prior to finalising price negotiations. Our clients use the clear and accurate reports to negotiate the purchase price with roof repair/renewal costs factored in.
We were the first company to offer roof specific homebuyer surveys, way back in 2010. Drone tech has since become a major part of surveying roofs, and we have invested in over £75k worth of tech to provide the best, and most thorough roof surveys in the business.
Roof Repairs - Cherry Pickers
Using truck mounted, boom arm access platforms (cherry pickers) we can offer a wide range of roof repair services, without needing pricey scaffolding. Our trucks can extend to approx 6 storeys high, and have an outward reach of 9m (39’). Guttering, slate, tile, valleys, chimney repairs, and a whole host of other repairs are a breeze with our high end equipment. The outreach of 9m means we can easily park on the street & reach across the average front garden to access the roofing issue.
We offer subscription gutter & box gutter cleaning services, along with a long list of roofing repairs. We also offer an emergency repair service. We complete 30 domestic roof repairs with our boom trucks every week in London & Surrey.
Our trucks are also very popular amongst commercial building owners/managers in Central London. Scaffolding on a 6 storey office building is an astronomical expense.. our trucks make for the perfect solution. Oh, and we’re NFRC accredited roofers, with 30+ years experience in the industry!

Expert Flat Roof Leak Detection
If you have a large flat roof, we can save you money by using electronic leak detection testing. A surveyor will access the roof by foot, or using one of our boom platform cherry pickers. Depending on the size of the flat roof, the surveyor will either use the machine in the image (right), or a smaller version. The surveyor calibrates the machine on a known dry area, and covers the entire flat roof surface with the electronic detection equipment. An electronic pulse is passed from one side of the machine to the other, and evident moisture changes the rate at which the pulse reacts, thus sending an audible signal to the surveyor indicating moisture content. The machine can detect moisture up to 6 inches deep, perfect for detecting moisture in insulation, or just the deck boards alike. The surveyor then applies semi-permanent paint markings, giving a clear picture of exactly which parts of your flat roof need attention.. and most notably.. which parts do not.
The surveyor then creates a roof map, using one of our survey grade drones, which is processed through analytical software, highlighting the areas that need attention in a clear and concise manner. Our survey grade drones are accurate (in measurement) to sub 5cm.. meaning quotes for repairs can be formed remotely, by sharing our report with contractors.
The most common application for this service, is large commercial flat roofs. Our clients save tens of thousands on replacing only troublesome areas, with proven moisture ingress, as opposed to entire flat roofs at huge expense.
