Our gift cards, and how to use them..
At fixtheroof.co.uk, we value our excellent relationships with our customers. As a thank you, we have a professional gift card system in place, enabling us to run promotions, rewarding our loyal customers.
Gift cards can be redeemed against your invoice via our payment provider, Square. If you pay online, the instructions on using your gift card will be very clear when you click to pay your invoice. The gift card can be used at the checkout stage. If you pay in person, or by phone, our friendly member of staff will guide you through the process.
Who gets a gift card?
We issue gift cards in a number of cases, some of which can be viewed below:
Roof Survey Customers: All of our drone roof surveys & electrical testing services include a gift card which can be redeemed against remedial repair works directly related to the report findings*
Repeat Customers: Repeat customers will receive a gift card upon accepting their quote, which can be used against the invoice.
Recommendations: We issue a gift card to both the recommender & the recommended on accepted quotes born from a recommendation.
Emergency Repair Customers: Emergency repairs are pricey, as we need to take a team away from their family life/plans in order to stop your leak. We issue a gift card with every emergency repair, which can be redeemed against the remedial costs of the permanent fix. As of November 2023, we issue a gift card to the value of half of the emergency repair cost, but we reserve the right to change that amount in the coming months.
OAP’s: Pensioners will receive a gift card upon quote acceptance, which can be redeemed against the invoice total. We won’t ask you your age, so please make us aware if you’re a pensioner.
Military Servicemen & Servicewomen: will receive a gift card upon quote acceptance, which can be redeemed against the invoice total. Please let us know if you are a military servicewoman or serviceman.
Review Promotions: We run regular gift card promotions for customers that have the time to review us on Google.
Subscription Services: We offer gift cards to customers who sign up for our guttering & box-gutter periodic cleaning services.
